Refund, Cancellation & Returns

A. Service Bookings (Pandit Services)

Cancellation by User

  • Cancellations made before 36 hours of the scheduled service may be eligible for a refund.
  • Late cancellations may incur facilitation or convenience charges.

Cancellation by Service Provider

  • Users may opt for rescheduling or a refund if the provider cancels.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Services already rendered.
  • Dissatisfaction arising from belief-based expectations.

B. Product Orders (Pooja Items)

Returns

  • Products may be returned within 3 days of delivery if damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Consumables, customized items, or opened ritual products unless defective.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after inspection.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
