Platform Role & Scope

The Platform operates under a hybrid business model.

• Pandit services are provided by independent professionals and they are not employees/agents of the Platform.
• The Platform does not perform rituals and does not guarantee belief-based outcomes.
• Marketplace products: sellers are responsible for inventory, pricing, descriptions, and compliance.

User Obligations

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Use the platform for lawful purposes.
• Refrain from abusive, fraudulent, or misleading conduct.

Pricing, Payments & Liability

• Prices may include facilitation/service fees.
• Payments are collected via authorized gateways.
• The Platform is not liable for acts/omissions of providers or sellers.
• The Platform is not liable for delays due to logistics partners or force majeure events.

Governing law: India. Jurisdiction: Courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.

Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines vary by location and seller.
• Estimated delivery dates are indicative.
• Force majeure delays are not attributable to the Platform.
